Has anyone used this card? Looks like it can only be used 4 times and then one needs to pay $5.00 renewal fee, (initial fee is $12.95). Terms are here: http://www.nationalcity.com/personal/cards/prepaidcards/travelmoney.asp .
Based on Marathon Man's experience with the AAA travel fund card, and needing to fund from a different credit card source each time, as well as the whole problem with the charge going through as a cash advance, I'm not sure about this one.

It was a good card. They shutdown their most frequent customers, so it's no longer an option.
