Has anyone else had problems lately with Citi MC not posting miles to your AAvantage account? I charged over $9k on my Gold Citi AA/MC card in April (paid income taxes) and for some odd reason, they only posted 89 miles to my AAdvantage account the first week of May. I've called twice and the excuses have been interesting. First they said that I had reached my "cap" for the year (wrong--less than $20K for the year), then they said they had to research the problem and get back to me. Two weeks later I called again and then their excuse was that they had system problems and that my miles would be properly posted in a few weeks.
Is Citi or AA having system problems or am I just getting shafted?

Your getting the run-around by lazy people. I have not had any problems, and currently rake in 13-18k Miles/month on Citi. Statement closed on Saturday, Miles were showing on aa.com Monday. I would call and find a supervisor.

Usuallly miles post before I even get the bill. If yours have not posted, then something is wrong.
