I've heard it is possible to get the enrollment bonus on this card more than once. Can you also get "no fee for 6 months" a second time? How long do you need to wait before re-applying and getting the mileage bonus again?

Yes. You should probably wait 6 months, though S.O. just got one after 5 months, but hasn't seen the 15,000 miles yet (too early).
