Should I get Nordstrom visa signature with 120 yearly travel option or not?

Question
I am getting the Nordstrom visa signature card but I don't know if I should splurge for the 120 a year travel points option. So you would get 2 nordstrom reward points plus 2 travel reward points, but if you don't pay 120 a year you just get 2 nordstom reward points.
The other benefit is that you only pay 1% forex fee which one of the lowest.
So is it worth to pay 120 a year for a travel reward option? You get no mileage or point bonus option like the usair sig card which is only 80 bucks, but then again you can get the nordstrom card with no fee as long you don't want the travel reward option. Now of course I am further comparing these cards to diners club and amex as the best travel rewards option card.
Thoughts?

Answer
I'm not sure about you, but I took the no fee option (but I try to pile up miles on my NW Visa). But with no annual fee the 1% foreign currency exchange rate keeps me happy :)
