I posted this on Amex board but nobody responded. Anyone knowledgable here?
I am traveling abroad. Which card will treat me better on the foreign currency fees- Starwood Amex or Citi Platinum World Mastercard? Or are they both the same?

Amex charges 2%. Citibank 3%.
