Nordstrom's just recently launched a signature card. You earn nordstrom rewards and if you want to earn the signature rewards you pay 120 dollars a year. All other other benefits are free as long as you don't want the travel rewards. 720 score or higher needed, but looks like the best signature card out there in the market.

$120 seems to be a hefty fee. Can you elaborate on what do you mean by best signature card out there. Also can you provide the link?

You must call or go nordstrom's for this card, there are no mentions of this card on the site. Its the best because you get nordstrom points and signature travel rewards.

I have one, but am not paying the fee...they asking me to convert my old Nordstrom's card & I agreed. The good news is, as I am going abroad, I checked the conversion fee for foreign conversions and this card is the lowest at 1%. (Others are 2 and 3%)

What exactly are the rewards? I don't quite understand what makes this "the best rewards" visa out there...

Perhaps if you spend lots of money at Nordstrom's, it's a good deal since it gives you 2% back in nordstrom gift certificates for shopping there. Shopping elsewhere will result in 1% back in gift certificates. I couldn't find information about the $120 annual fee and benefits that result from it.
Edit: Oh wait, I was looking at the regular platinum Visa, not the signature one. Is there a link to show overview on this card's benefits?

You must go to a store or call for more info on this card. I agree that this the best sig card out there. You get 2% nordstrom rewards on purchases plus visa travel rewards.

There are brochures on this card and I grabbed one. I don't think you get BOTH...it's either/or. That's the way I read it.

How I read it:
You get 2 points for shopping at Nordstrom, one point per dollar everywhere else. These points can be redeemed for Nordy's $20 certificated per 2,000 spent.
OR
You pay $125 and then those points can be used also for travel rewards.
Are you saying that if I pay $125, let's say I earned 2,000 points -- I get BOTH the $20 cert for Nordy's AND whatever 2,000 points gets me in travel?

Overall, 1.5% cashback on ALL purchases with Fidelity MBNA MC is better than 2% on just Nordstroms purchases, and that 2% must then be spent at Nordstroms

The good news is, as I am going abroad, I checked the conversion fee for foreign conversions and this card is the lowest at 1%.On May 25, 90% of MBNA accounts will be changed to a 3% FOREX fee. Dont know if Nordstroms is excluded or not. Capital One will be 0% soon, but they dont have many good rewards cards.
