Credit cards with 1:1 mileage earning ratio in Switzerland?

Question
AFAIK there are currently two credit cards on the Swiss Market that offer 1:1 mileage earning ratio. One is the STC American Express card (http://www.swisstravelclubcards.ch/e/amexplatinum/index.html) which I consider to be outrageously expensive at CHF 700 per year. The other one is the Diners Club British Airways card (http://www.dinersclub.ch/dce_content/content.do?selectedLanguage=en&selectedContent=ch\personal\dinerscards\cards\brit ishairways) which suffers from poor acceptance like all DC cards.
Does anyone know about a card (preferably VISA or MasterCard) which offers a 1:1 ratio? All the ones I know so far are 2:1 or worse.
Thanks for any hints!

Answer
The airlines SWISS, Lufthansa, and British Airways come to mind. Links to their cards can be found on the Annual Fee Cards page of the Credit Card section of my website, Free Frequent Flyer Miles. (http://www.freefrequentflyermiles.com/index.htm) But I would think that any European airline flying into Switzerland would offer a card for Swiss citizens.
