what does everyone think of this card? or about mbna in general?

I know nothing about the student card, but I do like MBNA for travel outside the U.S. They do not add the usual 2% rip off charge to foreign currency conversion that other banks try to get away with charging.
I use only MBNA cards for foreign travel. Info on several can be found in the Credit Card section of my website, Free Frequent Flyer Miles (http://www.freefrequentflyermiles.com/index.htm). Perhaps some of the miles producing ones would be even better than the student card.

Does MBNA have a general student card? I know they have cards for specific universities. Also keep in mind on the MBNA applications it says if you are approved at less than a $2,000 credit line you will receive a 'Preferred' card.
