Anyone know of Canadian credit cards with balance transfer promos? In the US it seems pretty easy to get 0% for 12 months, but I can't seem to find that here. If not what's the best I can do? And, of course any reward card would be icing on the cake although none of the aeroplan cards look great for this purpose.
