Quicken Platinum MC

Question
Am I only one who uses Quicken Platinum Master Card? I'd never came across discussion that mentions this particular card.
So, please voice your opinion on Pros and Cons.
http://www.travelermiles.com (http://www.travelermiles.com) - they are a travel agency with airline ticket prices compatible to ones found online; over 250 major airlines with no blackout dates or seat restrictions:
-- conversion: $1 to 1 point
-- 25,000 Round-Trip Airline Ticket within the 48 Continental United States $500 Cap
-- 8,000 $100 Discount on Any Airfare
-- 28,000 $400 Discount on Any Airfare
-- Annual Fee $40, plus redepmtion fee of $15 per ticket
So, here are some scenarios to consider. To be able to compare all cases, I convert cash expenses for purchasing ticket using 1% rule (you need to spend $10000 to get $100 back).
Code:
miles | 1 ticket
used | $200 $300 $400
----------|---------------------------
24000 | .93% 1.01% 1.01%
25000 | .65% .98% 1.31%
2 tickets
28000 | 1.14% 1.33% 1.06%
Note: If dollar-to-miles ratio is less than 1%, you are better of with 1% cash back card.
