Hi Everyone,
Got my new Citi HHonors card. I have a few questions:
1. I don't have a HHonors account. If I understood the FAQ in HHonors web page correctly then Citibank were supposed to open a Silver VIP status HHonors account for me. But no HHonors account number is printed on my card. Where Citibank will credit my points?
2. Is the photo-card option available for HHonors card?
3. How many bonus points will I receive, 10000 or 15000? I applied through the Hilton HHonors web page. It says 10000, but now I find a bunch of other links which gives 15000. Is it possible to convince Citibank to give me 15000 points?

Answer #1: According to my experience, I did get a number on the Citi Hilton card. If you don't, simply call CSR to inquire whether you're given an HH# and see if they can get it for you. You can also register on Hilton's website and then call Citi Hilton back to link that HH# to the credit card. That way, you'll get points from the C.C.
#2: I never got an insert for a photo option.
#3: I think it's 10,000. Tell Citi Hilton card customer service and said you've seen 15,000 point offers around and want to get additional 5,000 points. They might give it to you.
In essence, just call and ask and you should get your answers for all your questions...
