Wow... 10 min ago i got a call from the fraud dept verifying a flagged purchase... 20 min after i made it.
Bought a $40 auto part at one store... they ran out of the part, and went and bought the same part 10 miles up the road, and it was flagged :)
Impressive. I guess that's one way for them to save on fraud - by hiring people to call as soon as something weird comes up.
I'm going to go to every gas station I see and buy a stick of gum on my credit card, see if i get called :) haha

They will. I've been amazed by US Bank's credit card department - they pick up on some pretty small fraud indicators.
