The Bottom line - Pay Your Balance in Full each month so you never have to pay any interest to the card issuer. I think most of us on this Board are saavy enough to realize that.

Is this article really news to anyone? It's something like the article that says that the high-performance sports car may not have great gas mileage, or may have a worse safety record than the family sedan. It's a different product, targeted at a different market.
