Hello FTers,
I just called Bank of America last week as I did not get my annual USAirways club pass with my June statement. I waited until my July statement in the event that the pass was sent a month late. The rep said that they showed that it had been mailed with the June statement but that they would send me a replacement pass.
Anyone else experience this ?

Yes.
I emailed customer service and they said they'd send out another one.
