Does anyone know if there is a credit card for Canadian residents for UAL Mileage Plus miles?

I believe then new SPG credit card (https://wwwa.applyonlinenow.com/CANapp/Ctl/redirect?CV_sourceCode=bdyo&CV_language=en), can let you earn SPG points, then convert them to UAL.
I think it is great to see all the new Canadian point credit cards this year!
