US Airways VISA fee waiver?

Question
I received a preapproved application for a US Airways VISA card through bank of America today with $15,000 introductory miles. However, it's a whopping $90/year fee, which is crazy. Is there any way to get this card with no fee for a period of time?

Answer
BOA seldoms waives the fee for great existing customers. It is very doubtful they'll waive the fee for a new customer and give him 15,000 miles, too.

Answer
Just look at it this way, $90 for 15,000 miles is about 0.6cents/mile :)
That along with the 3x preferred mile promo going on (assuming you fly US by Aug 31), you should be pretty good on that mileage making up for the card. Fly 18,000 miles before Aug 30 and you're set for GP for next year (18x3=54,000, which would be preferred miles). 34,000 miles (times 3) and you're at 102,000 miles for next year, hence, CP. If you DONT fly US regularly, get the flights in if you can anyway, and get another carrier to match the status for next year.
ALl in all, that $90 will make up for itself if you fly enough :) I'm actually debating getting one simply for the reasons mentioned above.
