Cards W/O Currency Exchange Fees?

Question
It is my understanding that most cards charge 3% for transactions conducted in anything but USD(I live in the USA). I am wondering if there are any cards that don't? Also I fly CO and DL most often so if I could get rewards through them somehow that would be great :)

It is my understanding that both MBNA and Capital One do not levy any surcharge. They just convert the forex into USD as per that day's rate.
I have used MBNA card abroad many times and have not been charged any extra.

I think that CapOne and MBNA don't charge a fee, but Visa/MC do, so you get a 1% exchange fee on those cards. I've heard of some credit union cards that eat the Visa fee, and AFIK, Nordstrom's Visa also eats the Visa fee.

Answer
I use my debit cards while abroad, no fees charged for cash or purchases....and haven't had a ATM fee in Europe and Asia so far, unlike our good ole American ATMs....
