I have the Chase Continental Airlines World Mastercard(Wow :) ) and am wondering if anyone has used it's concierge service, and if so how have they found it? Also does anyone even have the # for the concierge, you would think they would put it on the back of the card.

The Concierge Service that is attached to the World MasterCard is with MasterCard, not Chase and it is outsourced to VIPdesk (possibly that's why it is not listing on the Chase OP W/MC).
You can access it online through concierge.mastercard.com or 1-888-708-4785 or 1-800-336-6420.
I've used it a couple of times in Paris & Boston via the online site and have gotten good results (restaurant reservation, spa appointments) but YMMV.
