After doing some searching I have not found anything to answer my question, although I know it has been discussed here before (I know, I'm probably using the wrong search criteria, but for the life of me I can't figure out what the correct ones would be).
Both the T&Cs and PGary's web site warn of bonus enrollment miles NOT being awarded to previous cardholders- accounts that have already received a sign-up bonus. But if my memory serves me, people have gotten them again (or am I thinking of the UA 20K promotion where they allowed numerous accounts each with the sign-up bonus?).

People have gotten many, many signup bonuses for the UA card.
Conventional wisdom is that you probably won't get another signup bonus for the NW card, but perhaps if enough years have passed you will. If you try, let us know how it goes!
