I am new to this whole game but would love to play. What are the best Credit Card deals out there? There are so many it gets confusing sometimes.

It depends on a number of things - what's you're average monthly spend, do you travel a lot, do you want cashback on the deal, do you put more emphasis on annual fees vs interest rates, will you pay your bill in full at the end of the month or revolve your balance etc etc.

A credit card is not only an alternative for cash.
The "best card for you" depends on what kind of service you expect from the issuer (24h service, insurances, reward program, airline / hotel benefits, etc.) .
