A few months ago we paid with our visa card our oneworld tickets .Do we get extra miles in our frequent flyer from B.A or visa

This would entirely depend on the issuer and specific Visa card product that you used.

... that's the reason why there are more postings in the Amex forum (or DC) than here. Every Visa/MC issuing bank decides what kind of services or benefits are offered with the card. So it's very difficult to have people sharing their experiences with products you can't really compare.
