Question
I have an MBNA Quantum MasterCard which I thought was the perfect card, but every time I turn around I get something in the mail with an increase in fees and/or loss of benefits.
They are dropping their lost luggage insurance. APR's for cash advances have gone up. Late fees up, over the limit up, I think originally the card did not even have a over the limit fee. It still has an OK world points program for free and no extra foreign currency fees tacked on, but I wonder what they are going to do next.
I am thinking about trying to find a Visa Signature card, does anyone have one without additional foreign currency fees.

Capital doesnt charge an additional % fee of its own for foreign purchases.
