Points for statement closing 6/17/03 have not posted to my Hhonors account. They are usually posted within a week of closing.
I know they were redesigning the credit card site during that time and the system was down for about a week.
Has anyone had theirs to post from June?
A call to the service center the end of June yielded this reply: "we changed our site & they should post in July".

My points from early June have not posted yet, either. I e-mailed Citibank, and they sent back a generic-looking e-mail saying that they are aware of the problem and are working on it.
Still, no points. Looks like another call is in order.
Plus, the whole website redesign/conversion caused me numerous headaches to begin with... I just love "service enhancements" provided by companies...

Sent an email to Citibank this a.m., got a reply that I could be better served by calling them. Rep at Citibank sd. they are now posting 1 month behind so that any credits can be deducted. I did have credits on my July statement but the points earned reflected the credits. He sent an email to Hhonors while he had me on the line and said someone would be in touch with me by phone. I immediately called Hhonors, logged into my account and presto! there were the points, 2 mins tops!!
Hhonors said the points are credited whenever Citibank sends the tape over.
July Citi statement received yesterday, 7/24, hope I don't have to chase those points! This is the first time I've had points from my Visa not to post to Hhonors.

Most of mine have posted except one that the hotel in Japan did not indicate it as paid by VISA. I think it will take some effort to get that credited.
