Question
I'm looking for a gas card(not regular credit card) with rebates for a friend. He doesnt' have a good credit so regular gas credit cards won't work well for him. Any suggestions or info?

Wal-Mart gift cards take 3 cents/gal off their already pretty low price (Not applicable for your friend, but you also buy them w/ your credit card.) Citgo gift cards also give 3 or 4 cents off/ gal.
