Are there any particularly good offers out there that anyone knows of for Small Businesses? I have many airlines and hotels that I could go with for points earning, so I'd like to be able to compare the options. Thus, it would be helpful if you could include the following info:
1) Issuing Bank
2) Airline/Hotel Program
3) Annual Fee

Recently got (and took up) a special (targeted?) offer from the DL Amex for a small business card...
10k with first use
5k each for the first two additional cards
5k when you spend $5k by a certain date
for 25k total signup bonus and fee waived the first year.
