FYI, I received an offer in the mail the other day regarding an MBNA Gas Rebate VI/MC. It offers a 5% cash rebate on all purchase made at the pump. You can use any gas station and rebates are credited the month of purchase. There are no rebates on any other purchases so this card is good primarily as a gas card only.

Hm... 5%. I drive my car to work (10 minutes) and to the airport (30 minutes). So this card would save me about $24 a year. Whoopdido.

If you fill gas at Sam's club where it is already discounted by 5 to 7 cents a gallon you will save an additional 5% as Visa is accepted in Sam's club
