Received a discount coupon from WP Sig Visa of 5000 miles off next NW redeemed award ticket. Second time I have received this.

I received a small flyer with my latest bill that states I am being upgraded to the Platinum NW Visa card. Account number and annual fee remain the same as my basic card, but Platinum card benefits now includes two 4000 mile award discounts on NW each year. Too bad I will be dumping the card soon...can't justify paying the annual fee when most of my charges go to my Starwood AMEX card.
