Citibank Call Center (moved to India)

Question
Has citibank (credit card) moved their call center's to india?
I seem to be hearing a lot of indian accents the last few times I called.

Answer
Nope, it is still in Sioux Falls, SD for the majority of calls. They also have sites in St Louis MI, Melville NY, Jacksonville FL

Their banking number routes to India, I believe. Lots of thick Indian accents. Maybe it's during a certain time period (ie: 8a-4p EST is in the US, the other 16 hours is in India)?

I hope not. I can't stand AmEx's CS in India:

The banking (Citicard) in the New York market goes to India. I'm not sure about the credit card, but I would not be surprised.
Quite recently I called regarding a checking plus line (10 AM EST) and they told me to call again the next day because the person who could help was not around. (Amazing!)
The lady had an indian accent. When I asked her if she was in India she said "No.". (Liar!)
I found it baffling that Citibank would ask me to call the next day when I was calling during business hours, so I called my banker and found a back-door number to the US call center.
