Received a mailer from GM Card MasterCard, stating I have $1262 in current earnings, they will add bonus earnings of $742 expiring 01/31/03, so that I will have a total of $2003 in GM Card Earnings toward purchase of a new GM car.
What bonus did others get?

I was really wondering if my bonus of $742 is a lot more or a lot less than others are getting. For example, if someone had $3 earnings, did they get a $2000 bonus? And what about someone who had over $2003 in earnings? I'm just trying to get a feel if my $742 bonus is low, average, or high.

I am a long time GM card user, I did not see the flyer you are refering to. may be I threw it away. can you give me more details:
do I call to get the extra rebates? is there any extra rules on buying (other than 01/31/03 deadline) ?

My card has about $1,200 earnings on it and I was bumped to $2,003. I have redeemed points probably 5 times in the last 2 years on new cars.
My wife has around 500 miles and hasen't charged anything on her card in awhile. She did not get the offer.

thanks for the posting. I bought a Pontiac Vibe with $2003 promotion GM points with my wife's card (originally with 500 points only, so I got $1500 for free) late January.
for those of you with GM card, there is currently some promo:
1. extra 1000 loyalty rebate (if you are in California, you don't even need to own a GM to get the $1000).
2. until 03/31, you can use GM points for Saturn.
3. until next month, there is a $450 upromise money (instead of usual $150).
