Yep...you'll have to look extremely closely on your statement to see it-you'll notice you're receiving more miles than you should based on the $1-1 mile ratio but they never breakdown exactly why/which transaction generated the additional miles

all I ever get is double for CO purchasesnot ATT though.

I'll have to check my next statement then...but unfortunately we do alot of shopping at CVS in addition to all the CO tickets I purchase and the ATT LD / ATT Wireless charges to my account
