It would appear that you are receiving some sort of referral bonus for anyone that clicks through the above link and applies for a card. While this in of itself isn't bad, some would say that you should clearly disclose this fact as opposed to just posting a "helpful" message.

I tried to get this rate for my existing Citi card which I've had for a very long time. They won't do it -- the only way to get the 0% is to apply for a new account. What a hassle.

I got this card a couple of weeks ago. Great card and the best teaser promo I've seen in a long time.
Here's the catch: they only dangle a low credit limit at you. I have a Diner's Club and two other Citibank cards with high limits (and no balances), but they wouldn't budge on the credit limit on this card. I offered to shut down one of the other Citibank accounts and/or reduce the credit limit on the other to get more on this card, and they said no way. Because of the teaser, the rep said I was already getting one of the highest limits they would allow.
I was able to immediately execute a balance transfer of one dollar less than my credit limit, so I'll take what I can get...

I just applied for a citibank that had a zero percent promo until 2/01/2004! Pretty incredible.
