Citibank World MasterCard-Gold Members get the run around?? HELP!

Question
I am an AAdvantage Gold member with American and yet was told by Citibank that my mileage cap for the calendar year is 60,000 miles. Yet both American Airlines' and Citibanks' web sites indicate there is no annual mileage cap for Advantage Gold members. I have called Citibank (3X) and American to no avail. Can anyone give me advice on how I can straighten this up and get my miles?
Thanks

Answer
i guess the same old call again, ask for supervisor game. then call again, call again, ... and one of theese times you will get a person thats knows what it is doing in the call center and everything will work out.

Call them up again, ask to speak to a supervisor, and tell them to read the fine print right on their own website:
http://www.citibank.com/us/cards/cardserv/worldcard/platwrld.htm
If they then refuse, what you got is a false advertising complaint.
Good Luck
