Westpac Altitude staff are totally clueless

Question
I got the statement recently for my Altitude card (this is the card that used to be Ansett's Global Rewards card, for those who don't know the Aussie cards) for the period May/June. Yes, recently. They sent it in late Sep, just in time for me to get it on the day most of the offers in the accompanying brochure expired!
They tell me that it was supposed to be sent at the end of Aug (as if that's acceptable anyhow!) and basically that if their mailing house doesn't send it on time, tough.
They are also setting the Reply-To field on their email to the same thing as the To field, so that normal attempts to reply to it will send email to oneself! I wonder how many people never contact them again due to this?

Answer
Not surprising considering it is Westpac !!! I have found Citibank to be pretty good in Australia.

First impressions really sunk their chances with me. Back in the early days of their offering credit cards here, they sent me some junk mail about their card, which said you could phone them 24 hours about it.
I phoned them late one night, only to be told that the night staff couldn't give any information about the card products and indeed couldn't do anything at all apart from receive stolen card reports! If they can't get something as simple as telling the truth about their customer service hours right, their junk mail goes in the round file.
