Do you know if en French VISA or MC Card could give me the possibility to win Miles on AA, UA or an other airline (European or American ? (except Amex and DC)
Or is it possible for me to apply for an American Card ?

Lufthansa offers a VISA denominated in Euro that earns one mile in LH Miles & More per Euro spent. Check their website. It's free if you are already a LH Senator.
(And if you are, would you consider letting me refer you - you'd get 3,000 "welcome" miles and I'd get 10,000 referral miles.)
