Hi all,
I'm interested in getting an America West credit card. Are there any ways to get more bonus miles upon signup than are currently listed on the HP web site?

The link on the web site has the 5000 FF miles for signup, 1000 for first purchase and 1000 after one year. The regular Visa has 2500, 500, and 500, respectively.
Have you seen any better deals or promotions? Anyone have any luck getting the first year of the annual fee waived?
