Question
Having found MC World to be an above average card with extra trimmings, "World Signia" is on the verge of being launched in Norway.
It's being handled by a special branch of Den Danske Bank, and to be even considered, they require personal assets of >NOK 15 mill, approx. USD 2 million.
Any knowledge of this card in the US or rest of the world?
Comparable to Amex Centurion?

Apparently this card is different, it comes with perks such as Priority Pass membership, Concierge services etc.
The card itself is in gold with the cardholder's signature engraved on the front of the card(!)

The World Signia is not available in the U.S.
If it were offered Priority Pass probably wouldn't be included. I seriously doubt the requirments are that high.
Visa has a new card level "The Infinite Card."
Nothing beats The Centurion; I love mine.

Does anyone have any experience with this particular World MC, or with MBNA? How is their concierge service? Their customer service?

I've been an MBNA cardholder since 1998 and have had my Quantum MasterCard since Nov 2000. I have often been displeased with customer service, and frequently fustrated over the incompetence of the agt's. Customer Service is awful and I sometime get hung up on.
I don't recommend MBNA to people, and Quantum isn't as elite and exclusive as they claim it to be. I have requested the MBNA World MasterCard and will see how it goes. Quantum is MBNA's little in-house product, however I prefer the recognition of the World MasterCard.

Oh yeah, as far as World Concierge goes; never used it. The card was just launched on friday June 28th. However Quantum never got around to using it, I use The AMEX Platinum Card version.

I use the Quantum concierge all the time. You can just email them and they will look up restaurants and stuff. I am going to france and sent them my itinerary and they emailed me back all this stuff to do and places to go.
