Are there any Visa or MC cards that generate miles on Delta?

Not directly that I'm aware of. Delta is hooked up with Amex, but you probably already knew that.
You could probably get back-door Delta miles through a hotel card, but you'd have to research which programs allow DL conversions and how the earning/conversion would work.

I think there are only international co-branded Delta/VISA cards so far (Japan and Chile).
