With Sun Country cancelling all their scheduled flights, I figured I might as well cancel my MBNA/Sun Country card, since that was the only reason I had the card - I have a number of others.
The agent urged me to hold onto it for a while, as MBNA was "working something out" that would allow people not to lose all their accumulated points. The details, he said, would follow shortly in a letter.
My experience with MBNA has always been excellent, and this may turn out to be one of the better things they have done.

Was told by a MBNA customer rep it may be converted to there own Select Rewards program since that was what they did when TWA was bought by AA
