Question
A couple of posts on this board have indicated that the United card is the only First USA Visa that does NOT add the two per cent over the one per cent surcharge for foreign transactions. For anyone who is interested, the British Airways VISA also does not add the extra charge. Just the one per cent charge that all Visa cards are subject to.
(Between this card and the Diners double miles deal I've amassed enough miles to take my partner on the Concorde next year, so I'm a happy camper.)
