Beware: No Annual Fee MBNA Platinum Plus MasterCard

Question
I received a solicitation for the MBNA® Platinum PlusSM MasterCard® credit card with Plus Rewards. No annual fee, no blackout dates. Every dollar in purchases earns one "Mile." No limit to the number of "Miles" you may earn, but "Miles" expire after five years.
25,000 "Miles" = (up to $400 Maximum Dollar Value) one "lowest available published fare at time of booking" Economy ticket within the continental U.S.;
35,000 "Miles" = ($600) Alaska/Hawaii/Canada/Mexico/Caribbean/Bermuda;
50,000 "Miles" = ($800) "select" European destinations;
75,000 "Miles" = ($1200) "select" South American, Asian and Australian destinations.
21-day advance purchase, Saturday night stay required. International travel requires 7-day minimum stay/30-day maximum stay. All travel will be booked on a U.S. carrier.
The catch?
§ Grace period for repayment of balance for purchases: None
§ ALL PURCHASE TRANSACTIONS ARE SUBJECT TO FINANCE CHARGES FROM THE TRANSACTION DATE.

I am sure there are a lot. It is unbelievable how many people don't read the fine print...

Answer
They have a number of such "deals". I would not do business with them under any circumstances.

Answer
My wife just got the solicitation in the mail yesterday. I perused it and made a mental note to look at the details later on. It seemed to good to be true, because it was.
I just saw your post and saved me the time of reading the fine print.
Thanks EPS,
Mike
