Does anyone know of a mileage credit card that caters to people with less than perfect credit? Thank you in advance for your help!

why don't you try the US Bank visa/mc debit card that's affiliated with NWA? 4000 bonus miles for joining, tied to a checking/savings account, $20/year fee (because you're getting FFMiles), and the miles do NOT expire.
that's the way to go if you can't get a decent credit card. of course, your spending is limited by the balance in your account. if miles don't expire, though, those miles will eventually add up to a free ticket.
