I am posting this because I've seen a few questions about cards that offer miles/points for balance transfers. I don't know how good a deal this is, but here it is. This ad was in the Sunday paper:
"Get up to 12,000* points when you sign up for an American Savings Bank TravelAwards Plus Visa"
The ad from American Savings Bank states that you can receive up to 10,000 points for balance transfers, plus 1,000 points for getting the card, and another 1,000 points if you open a checking account.

There is no information in the ad or on the website regarding annual fee or details of the travelawards program.

It appears from the link that you can only spend these "points" through travel agencies.
