Question
The American Express Delta Card is offering double miles for tax payments this year.
I was wondering if there is a Citibank AAdvantage card promotion meeting that deal.
I am only interested if I can earn 2x miles as the "convenience fee" really makes it cost prohibitive if you only earn 1x miles.

They charge 2.5% fee for using a credit card. So getting any reward is not that fun any more since most cards give between 0.5 to 1.5% back...
