Now that Compubank has terminated their ClickRewards association, are there any similiar banks that offer mileage debit cards, preferably that can be redeemed for UA miles?

The only one that I can think of is with Chase and you earn OnePass miles. But, the conversion ratio is only 1 mile/$2. There is a $30-65 annual fee, depending on the card you want. If you have a large account and pay $65 per year, you can get 1 mile/$1 and some Presidents Club stuff.
