I would like to see BofA add some mileage bonus promos to the Alaska Air Platinum card.
It seems that AmEx is always running some kind of promo for hotels and airlines but I never see Visa doing this.
Don't get me wrong it's nice to get the free F/C upgrade and the two passes now and the 2,000 mile bonus each year but they never seem to offer bonus mileage opportunities other than the 1 mile/dollar for purchases. They could at least give MVP/Gold 1.25 miles/dollar now and again.
Do other Airline affiliate cards offer promo bonuses? I know Alaska Visa gives 2 miles for every dollar spent on airline ticket purchases.

Bank of America US Airways Visa Platinum card gives 1.2 miles for each $1 spent with no limit. Of course with the probable upcoming merger (buyout) with United, this program may be on borrowed time.
