I am brand new to this, so I hope I don't screw anything up or offend anyone.
I have found out that the Elegant Bride promo that was mentioned in an earlier thread IS still available. It gets you a Citibank AAdvantage card for $50 a year, and comes with 10K AA bonus miles - 5K on 1st purchase, and 5K after 6 months, they told me. The phone number is 800-841-8826.
