What is the annual fee for this card?

The "regular" card is $50-55 and the gold card is $90...I think there is also a Platinum level, and I do not know what the annual fee is.
The other kinda cool thing about this card is...you can go into a local Citibank office, and they will take your picture and put it on the front of the card; nice security feature.
