Hello Kathy,
I need your advise, A driver of Aman Logistics in BC. Backed into my driver in December at an Indianapolis truck-stop causing nearly $6,000.00 in damage to the truck. Which was repaired at an Indy shop.
My problem is there insurance company is giving me nothing but a run around, claim they are waiting on a statement from the driver, even though the police report and witness statements clearly point out the Aman Logistics driver was at fault.
What can I do? Can I have their authority revoked?

Sorry to hear about your situation. I don't think you can get the authority revoked. But, what you can do is submit the claim to your insurance carrier and let them subrogate against the other insurance company.
Also, you can try to contact the insurance commissioner office in Indiana and ask them how to proceed.
Be sure to keep good notes on all conversations and keep copies of all correspondence.
