Connie,
I was hoping you might be able to answer theses questions for me. Could you give me a rough estimate of the monthly costs on the following insurance for an Arizona based flatbed company hauling to all 48 states?
-Liability Insurance
-Cargo Insurance ($100,000 or $2Mil coverage)Not sure about the coverage amounts
-Physical Damage Insurance($130,000 tractor and trailer)
-General Liability
-Any other insurance costs associated with authority

Go look at my post of Feb 5 on the Insurance forum. That will ballpark it according to my conversation with Connie. She advised planning on $10K the first year and I came pretty close to that. The info shown was from others who posted what they pay. I just put it all in one place.
The best thing is to call a local insurance agent and have them quote it. It may take a week but the figures will be better than estimates.

The basis is age of driver, experience of driver, previous insurance history and MVR, MVR, MVR.
