Question
I am a new hire for a trucking company and they have a 90 waiting peroid for Ins to start. Queston: Is there a way to shorten this time. I would like this to start a month or so early. Oh, yes I am a rehire for this company if that matters.

I understand your situation. May I suggest you talk to the insurance coordinator. Normally, they do not make exceptions on the waiting period. It's part of the policy and there are a number of reasons it is done this way.
However, as you are a rehire they may be able to do something.
But, I'm curious, why do you want it to start in 30 days instead of waiting the normal 90?
